• Standard Check-in time at all hotels is 14.00hrs and checkout time is 12.00hrs. We would not be able to help you give early check in and late checkout.
• All transfers, sightseeing & excursions are based on Seat In Coach basis unless otherwise specified
• All prices are based on basic room category in above mentioned hotels
• 2Star hotels are budget hotels, which are normally recommended to bachelors or stags. We do not recommend 2star hotels to family
• 2Star & budget Packages are designed to those clients who are looking for holidays in cheap price, so please do not expect any type of luxury in the packages.
• If you are booking any type of hotel 2Star, 3Star, 4star or 5Star, please read the reviews on Google or trip advisor and take your final call before booking that is the reason, we have given different options of hotels in our packages any disliking of the hotel on the location we would not be able to help you.
• If you buy the package, this means you are accepting the cost & terms & condition of the package
• If you miss sightseeing pick-up, we would not be able to rearrange or refund the price to you.

• You can make reservations with us by advising us your acceptance of your tour and travel dates. We would immediately proceed to make tentative bookings. All services would be kept on a confirmed basis only on receipt of 50% advance payment. The remaining payment has to made a minimum of 03 days before the date of arrival. Failing to make full payment before the commencement of the tour will violate the terms and the package shall be cancelled without any refunds.

• If You Cancel Your Holiday, you may cancel your travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The applicable cancellation charges are as per the published cancellation policy below:
• Cancellation charges per person Prior to 45 days or more: No charge at all.
• Between 44-31 days of departure: 30% of tour cost.
• Between 30-11 days of departure: 50% of tour cost.
• 10 days to the date of departure: 70%of tour cost.
• No refund for cancellation of bookings from 15 December to 15 January. The Sound & Light show can’t be rescheduled or refunded in case of bad weather conditions or due to political disturbances. The above may vary based on any specific cancellation charges as charged by the third-party service provider.

• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
